If you have a question specifically about returns or delivery, please read our policies:

 

Return Policy:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges, store credit only.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide return labels for shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

 

Please allow approximately 7 to 10 days after we receive your return for processing.

Shipping & Delivery:

USPS Priority Shipping: 2 to 5 business days. Please allow 48 hours after order has been placed for processing, excluding weekends. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

 

If you would like Priority Express Overnight delivery, please email us at orders@1010wineandevents.com.

 

Priority Express orders must be placed before 3:00pm to ensure overnight delivery, except on weekends.
